The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing trainees across the south west region, including workplace visits and online student assessments in the;
Certificate III Early Childhood Education & Care
Using a variety of methods in excellent communication and facilitation skills, you will be guiding them through their educational journey.

Essential
To apply for this role, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following:
You must be able to meet the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 – Training and Accreditation Council (TAC) regulatory requirements for Trainers and Assessors; if you are uncertain whether you meet these requirements, you can check at the TAC website www.tac.wa.gov.au . Applicants that do not meet this requirement need not apply.
- Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- At least 2 years of industry experience in within the ECEC sector
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
- Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence
Candidates possessing the following skills and attributes in addition to the essential criteria listed above are encouraged to apply:
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and computer skills
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training and assessment in the VET sector
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Experience working in the relevant industry.
